Kosmos keeps up with the rapid evolution of the translation industry by making constant investments in both new technology and in market developments that can contribute to ongoing enhancements to its services. As part of its continual efforts to maintain and improve the efficiency and quality of its services, Kosmos runs regular training sessions for its in-house staff and project managers in its head office. The goal of the training programme is to boost not only the organizational capabilities of the staff, but also their technical and computer skills. In the last two years, Kosmos has been awarded European funding for its staff training. It has put together a specially tailored programme to meet the specific needs of a language service provider and promote continual professional growth for its staff.
